After two decades in business, Bigfish Technology is a trusted, well-established operation. We’ve also developed and grown a lot over that time.

While some changes are gradual, there are decision points that can actively unlock the next level. In FY24-5, we decided to invest more time and resources in listening and responding to the needs of our team. This included a new employee engagement process, feedback and recognition initiatives, and a major office refurbishment.
We also committed to co-designing the Bigfish Company Values with our team.
Growing from our existing values, well-embedded by our long-tenure team members, it was time to recognise our maturing team’s needs. We’ve added many newer tech experts and relationship-focused professionals in recent years. And we’re now a distributed team, sharing consistent standards and culture across five different geographies.
Refreshing our company values was another important opportunity to level-up.
