Genie Version 10
In late 2021 and early 2022 all Genie customers are required to upgrade to Version 10 which is a major upgrade. Genie Version 10 includes features such as:
1. Support for Medicare Web Services (which replaces HIC Online)
2. Support for the latest Apple MAC OS
3. Support for 64 Bit platforms
4. New Letter Writing and letterhead creation (SVG Editor)
In March 2022, practices without Genie Version 10 will not be able to access Medicare Online. So that this critical upgrade is reliably managed Bigfish Technology can manage the upgrade process in full for you.
